扎哈淖尔露天煤矿横采内排生产强度的确定

Determination of Production Intensity for Cross Mining and Internal Dumping in Zaha Nur Surface Mine

摘要: 为了解决扎哈淖尔露天煤矿面临的内排空间小、运输距离大、边坡暴露时间长等问题,分析了IV煤组的赋存条件,提出了露天矿底部横采内排追踪压帮的开采技术,设计了台阶划分方式以及工作线布置方式,并从设备能力约束、煤质均衡约束、内排空间约束三个方面,综合确定了扎哈淖尔露天煤矿横采内排的生产强度为年开采IV煤480万t,推进度350m/a左右。

Abstract: To solve such problems as small internal dumping space, long transport distance, and long exposure time of slope, the geological conditions of IV coal seam were analyze, the mining technology which called cross mining and internal dumping with burying slope was proposed, the benching methods and working line layout were designed. Then the production intensity for cross mining and internal dumping in Zaha Nur surface mine was synthetically determined in terms of equipment capacity, coal quality balance and internal dumping space. The exploitation amount of IV coal seam is 4.8Mt/a, and the advance rate of cross mining work line is about 350m/a.
